I've been working with Ashlee for over a year. She is a talented personal trainer and such a pleasant soul. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I am somewhat limited in the activities I can do during our workouts, but things change every week. She is diligent about asking me how my body feels and making the appropriate adjustments. During our workout she is very conscientious about each exercise, making sure that my knees or my hips aren't bothering me, and making sure I have great form. It's the most care and attention to detail that my body gets all week! That being said, she also challenges me. This is the best and strongest I've felt in a long time.
